I LOVE passionate niches.
Here’s why…
- I can charge more for products;
- WAY less competition than trying to sell a generic product to a mass market;
- I can easily find social media groups with tens of thousands of members;
- Partnership and influencer possibilities are virtually endless;
- I can create repeat customers for each niche.
So how can you identify niches to create bundles for?
Here are my top 7 tips…
- Make a list of hobbies: yours, friends, family members
- Visit a brick & mortar store and browse the seasonal section
- Visit a bookstore and browse the magazine section
- Visit Amazon and dig down into sub categories
- Visit youtube and type in a global keyword like animal videos
- Visit Etsy and randomly scroll
- Search reddit
Here’s what I look for when brainstorming niche markets to build bundles for.
First, the people interested in the niche must be PASSIONATE about that niche.
I look to see if they ask alot of questions, share photos, have lengthy discussions around their passion on line.
I want to see that they are BUYING. So I look for markets where there are existing products. I look for Facebook posts where people are talking about a product then everyone in the comments says they ordered.
I want a market that has money to spend on their passion.
I look for a market that already has products available This helps me see what things sell well, and what is saturated.
Bundle on!
